Joan's first invoice, $397 for the August cycle, is payable online at the link below. Paying online keeps the card on file, so the regular invoice, $397 on the 26th of each month beginning September 26, runs automatically with nothing to remember.
Catch-up plan, as discussed with Joan on September 2 and to be confirmed with Natalie on September 11: Joan pays the full $397 each month until her total matches what Natalie has paid, $3,779. That is about ten monthly payments, with the final one trued up so both totals match exactly. From then on the monthly plan splits 50/50, $198.50 each, with a separate invoice to each of you.
